3. Reimbursement

6. Parcels not collected at collection point
Any parcel sent to a collection point must be collected within the time frame specified by the carrier (usually 8 to 10 days). After this period, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.
However, parcels returned by Mondial Relay are redirected to random collection points, without any possibility of choice or precise tracking. Due to this uncertain logistics and the carriers' specific operating procedures, parcels not collected within the allotted time will be considered lost.
Consequently, no return or refund can be made for a package not collected on time by the customer.
We encourage you to carefully follow the delivery notifications and collect your order within the specified timeframe to avoid any loss.
7. Items on clearance or sale
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, items offered at clearance prices or with exceptional discounts are final sale.
